Appeals court overturns DOT order to end Delta and Aeromexico alliance
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals this week ruled in the dispute between Delta Air Lines and Aeromexico against the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), overturning its order to terminate approval of the two carriers' joint venture. The ruling allows the Delta-Aeromexico joint venture to continue operating.
